Social Media

As part of the repositioning strategy for Material ConneXion, I revamped social media content to align with the updated value propositions: cross-industry material expertise, a growing selection of sustainable and innovative materials, and end-to-end custom support. Collaborating with the Video team, I developed an “About Us” video that effectively showcased MCX’s services and unique values, which I featured prominently on the website and social channels. To enhance the brand’s social presence, I designed posts informed by customer and market feedback, focusing on materials that resonated with common issues across key industries. I also led concept photoshoots to spotlight new and trending materials, emphasizing sustainable and innovative alternatives to harmful everyday substances. Recognizing the high engagement rate of video content, I incorporated more videos like Material Mondays, where material scientists shared insights about specific materials and their inclusion in the library, showcasing their deep expertise. Additionally, I worked with the scientists to choose articles that highlighted suppliers making a meaningful impact, further reinforcing the brand’s thought leadership and commitment to innovation and sustainability.
