Tactics: Strategically leveraging the right place at the right time, I tailored placements and timing to align with each market’s peak seasons to maximize visibility. By combining targeted transit placements with carefully selected billboards in key locations where our ICPs work and spend their leisure time, I ensured the brand stayed top of mind and effectively captured their attention. I partnered with Creative, Product, and my Growth counterparts to ensure brand consistency across all campaign placements.
Creative: The general creative campaign showcased actor portrayals of diverse small business owners, including a stay-at-home father, a doctor, a florist, and an accountant, to resonate with a broad range of audiences. A CTV commercial that highlighted the common stresses and challenges faced by small businesses complemented the print placements, demonstrating how Justworks alleviates administrative burdens so entrepreneurs can focus on growth. Additionally, to enhance ad recall and stand out in key markets like Boston, Los Angeles, and Austin, we localized transit placement copy to better connect with local audiences.
