Every Business Starts Small

Strategy: Build awareness and deepen brand affinity in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Denver, and the New York/Tri-State area.

Tactics: Focusing on depth over breadth, the approach integrated high-reach high-impact placements with digital out-of-home to maximize visibility by aligning timing with major events and sponsorships. One tactic I wanted to test involved leveraging a DOOH geo-fence to capture mobile IDS, enabling precise retargeting of prospects across social media and display ads. Read the full case study here.

Creative: The creative highlighted customers and Justworks' unwavering devotion to supporting small businesses in achieving their dreams. By partnering with actual customers to share their stories, the campaign shifted the spotlight from the product to the brand's core values. The message was that no matter where someone is in their small business journey, every business starts small.
